Independant safeguarding Authority ("ISA")

I have had several conversations about the new Independant Safeguarding Authority ("ISA") regulations coming into force from the 12th October. Many of you will have seen or heard about the media hype today and so I thought the best way would be to send you the extract of the Scout Association's website in response to the news this morning.
